Expiring Certification Notifications

We now have emails that are sent out to users when their certifications are 30 days out from expiration, as well on the expiration date. (RS-62)

Switch to Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for email notifications

Moved from using our own SMTP server to Amazon's Simple Email Service (SES) for increased delivery and reliability. (RS-68)

Emergency Contact Privacy

Added a new user permission that allows a user to view other user's emergency contact information. This role is off by default for new and existing users (on by default for existing admins). (RS-36)

Primary Emergency Contact

Added a primary emergency contact field to be able to quickly identify which emergency contact to try first in case multiple contacts are listed. (RS-40)

User Permissions Restrictions

Added a new user permission that allows a user to add or remove user permissions from other users. This role is off by default for new and existing users (on by default for existing admins). (RS-66)

Return to Previously Selected Tab

When a tab is chosen on the Related Info section (on the right hand side of screen), keep the tab selected if the user leaves that page and then returns. For example, on the Hydrant edit page, if the user selects the Maintenance Tasks tab, goes in to add a new maintenance task, then comes back to the hydrant edit page, the Maintenance Tasks tab should be selected so they see their new record added.(RS-64)

Security Updates
